Office staff was very friendly and acted in a professional manner. Always a pleasure to meet with Dr. Bera as he listens to your concerns and explains everything very clearly. I would certainly recommend him to anyone in need of a physician.

Dr bera gets me, he's the one who keeps me on target. So much so that he called me to see what was the matter and told me to come right in. St Luke's called 45 minutes later and said they were still looking for some one to help me. They were amazed at how fast Doctor Bera responded

Dr Bera took his time with me and answered all my questions and concerns about my recent blood work. He also adjusted my medication that needed adjusting to correct some of that blood work. Dr Bera is very thorough with his patients.

Dr. Bera is a caring doctor. It is obvious he does his best to seek out the origin of the problem and find a solution. He always takes the time to fully discuss what conclusions he has come to and explain the treatment path. I have recommended him several times to friends and I found him through a recommendation from another patient. St. Lukes is lucky to have someone like him.

Dr Annam was on vacation. And appointment was made through Annam's office. I was taken right away. Dr Bera diagnosed me with tracheobronchitis. He prescribed the appropriate I medication. Dr Bera and his staff are very professional, kind and caring. Excellent Service!

I've been seeing Dr. Bera for over 30yrs, his staff has always treated me with kindness and respect. And now that he's join St Luke's Physician's Group, nothing has changed as far as my care or the understanding of life's issues when cancelling an appointment, calling in for med refills or greeting me as I walk in for an appointment.
