Dr. Bortz is an intelligent, caring, and patient physician. This was my first visit and I immediately felt at ease with her. She actively listened to my concerns, and provided appropriate information, in a sincere manner. I am extremely pleased that Dr. Bortz was recommended to me.

Dr Bortz knows my history very well. She needed to order MRIs for my up coming back surgeon appointment. She ordered everything including my blood work. We love Dr. Bortz.

On the day of my appointment with Dr. Bortz, she had had an emergency that had to be deal with. So the wait time to see her was delayed. I didn't mind the extra wait to see Dr. Bortz cause she is a very caring Doctor. When I did get to see her she did not rush though the appointment to try to make up the time. Dr. Bortz took her time with me which meant a lot cause I feel that I am important to her.

The wait time was about 45 minutes, but my provider explained that there had been an unexpected emergency that had come up prior to my appointment. The receptionist, Sherry was very helpful but it seemed that the computer system she was using was slow.
