Care is always top notch and to have my blood work drawn in the same building is a big plus. Also I had blood taken at 11am and the results were on my chart by 2:45pm that is amazing service!

Dr. Bortz is the best family physician I've known. St. Luke's My Chart is fantastic and she always responds. Dr. Bortz has reached out to me after I missed some appointments due to personal things going on, and I've never experienced that. I have worked in Boston for Mass General Brigham for years, and I can safely say she is one in a million. BTW, Macungie Medical Center In general Is run very well and the staff are so very patient and welcoming. I think overall the word that comes to me is their show of respect.
