Had another awesome visit with my Family Doctor.Lucien S Bautista, DO. My doctor was through, he listened to what I had to say and answered my questions. My doctor was very caring and very knowledgeable about me. He encouraged me to continue to exercise and eat healthy (low salt, less sugar/carbohydrates and less fatty foods). Also, drink plenty of water during the day.

Visit couldn't be better. Dr. Bautista had me get X-Rays. I went to the Care Now clinic in the same building and had them done right after my doctor's appointment. Very convenient! No one needed to contact me on X-Ray results as I received a notice on my phone that the results were in on the patient portal and I viewed them there. Nothing unusual. I'm sure Dr. Bautista will discuss them with me on my next visit as he is always very thorough. Same with blood work I had done a week earlier. Dr. Bautista did discuss results with me.

As usual, I had a great experience with my annual physical. Dr. Bautista is my primary care physician. He has been for over 20 years. He is amazing. He knows me and takes the time to really understand my health. I never feel rushed when visiting him. I feel that he has my best interest in mind and I feel fortunate to have such a great doctor.

Dr. Bautista never makes you feel rushed and absolutely makes you feel like is extremely concerned with your health and his diagnosis so you understand how he is treating you and offering many options if there is any side effects of the medication. My visit with the doctor was a successful one. I explained my medical problem (running and stuffy nose, sneezing and being congested. I was examined and it was found I was suffering from sinusitis problem. I was given a prescription for an antibiotic which was called into my Pharmacy. I was also told to drink plenty of fluids, fruits and to get some rest. As of today I am getting better each day.

The entire visit was perfect. I had not seen a doctor for overall checkup in 20 years because of issues I had with doctors. I held off even looking for a doctor for over a year when a wellness check through work showed some bad items that should be checked finally I did some research with help of Cigna and the top 5 doctors that came up were all associated with st. Luke's. So I decided on doctor Bautista because of comments from other patients on how he deals with patients and boy did I choose correctly first time seeing him he made me feel comfortable talked to me like a human and gave me 100% attention with total courtesy. My wife who also has not had a primary care doctor in many years is going to make an appointment also to see one of your doctors. I felt so far this was the correct choice of faculty and doctors
