Dr. Alkasov is the best, I wouldnt go anywhere else. If she is not available for an appt. I would wait until she is available. The office staff is very friendly and is always on top of things.i wouldnt go anywhere else for my healthcare

I really like Dr. Alkasov and this practice in general. They seem to be able to stay on time which means they respect the time of their patients. Everyone I have encountered has been friendly. When my mother moved here from out-of-state I referred her to St. Luke's Family Practice in Center Valley. There was a newer doctor at the practice that they were scheduling for and my mom was very happy with her as well.

I had COVID so I was so thankful I wouldn't have to drive to the doctor's office 45 minutes away because I was so sick. The virtual visit worked perfectly.

The Office visit was needed to review changes in my Health care coverage. Pre exam vitals, conducted w/ Nurse Asst. My health, refill/ update prescription medication. Vaccinations, Preventative testing, Annual lab testing, all discussed with Dr.Alkosov. Flu shot rec'vd w/ Nurse Asst. Follow up visit in 3 months to review all issues. The visit was a pleasant, calm, non stress, Professional experience meeting all medical needs/expectations.

Dr Alkasov was open to changing my medication for hypertension due to the fact that both my brothers have hypertension and are both on different medications than me. I appreciate her willingness to listen to my brothers medications and adjusting mine. She also spent extra time with me than normal.

Dr. Alkasov's Office is very professional and courteous and also friendly. The staff always makes the patient feel welcome, and always offers a kind word. I have been a patient for over 20 years and will not go to any other PCP. Dr. Alkasov always takes the time to explain things to me about my illness, or test, or any questions that I may have, she always answers them thoroughly. She is very knowledgeable and offers me the very best possible professional PCP care. She also is genuinely caring for her patients, and I will not change to any other PCP as long as Dr. Alkasov is practicing. There is never any times that I have had to wait more than 5 minutes. Everything runs very smoothly and professionally, and I am always seen in a timely fashion and am always treated with respect and kindness. Dr. Alkasov's office is a Five Star Office and I am very thankful that Dr. Alkasov is MY PCP. She and her Team of Wonderful Staff are ALL AMAZING. Please let them know how Great They All Are. On the morning of my appointment,my wife discovered that she had Covid. I called the office to see if I could still come to my appointment since I didn't have any symptoms and I would wear a mask. They said I could. Dr Alkasov not only checked me with my medical concerns but also inquiring about my wife. I appreciated the questions and concerns.
