Dr. Haines is amazing. Even though he sees many patients a year, he always seems to know who you are even when you only visit annually. He is kind and caring and it is genuine.

Although I did not see the doctor within 15 minutes of arriving, I could hear him speaking to a patient in the adjoining room. Knowing that he was spending time with her made me feel more secure in knowing he would take the time to listen to me as well.

Although going to the GYN doctor is not one of my favorite things to do, the office staff and doctor make their patients feel at ease. I particularly appreciated the assistant who was very personable. Dr Hanes remembers me year to year and shows empathy for my life journey.

My office visit was scheduled in a very timely manner, which was very important with the concern for the appointment. The office visit with the provider was excellent and very personable. Dr. Hanes reviewed my chart the day before my appointment, knew my medical history and made the appointment comforting with his medical expertise. Working as a health care professional, Dr. Hanes truly sat with me and took his time listening to my concerns and explaining the plan of care. This was definitely one of the best appointments I have had in a very long time.
