I use the knowledge in medicine and nutrition I gained as a physician assistant and a former dietitian to provide my patients with excellent quality patient care. I use evidence-based medicine and emphasize dietary and lifestyle management in treating gastrointestinal (GI) conditions.
I am a physician assistant specializing in gastroenterology at St. Luke’s University Health Network.
I began my healthcare career after graduating from Penn State University with my bachelor’s degree in nutrition. I became a registered dietitian after interning at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD. After practicing as a hospital dietitian for several years, I returned to school to pursue a career as a physician assistant. I then graduated with a master’s degree in physician assistant studies from DeSales University. I have worked in gastroenterology ever since.
Outside work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, going to the gym, walking my dog and reading.
