The appointment was a yearly exam with Dr. Allen. The appointment went very smoothly. Everyone on the staff was courteous and efficient. Dr. Allen is personable, friendly, and took the time to interact on a personal level while discussing the current status of my cardiac health. The visit went as smoothly as one could expect. The visit met all of my expectations.

Check in was very easy. I was very quickly brought back with a nurse and completed blood pressure and medical history. Dr Allen was in as soon as she was done ..I was so impressed that Dr Allen had already reviewed my chart and history before coming in and was ready to discuss my condition .He said he was going over my history 2 days before my visit. He had already given my case thought and attention before I even got there. Dr Allen explained things to me in a way I easily understood and very patiently answered all my questions. I had issues with a first medicine prescribed and he himself immediately got back to me by phone to talk about what was going on . He then called a new prescription into my pharmacy and within 45 minutes from the time Dr Alan and I spoke on the phone..my prescription was ready for pickup. Although I am nervous about my condition I feel I am in the best hands with Dr Allen .Nurse Bonnie was also very helpful in answering my questions on phone calls to the office. I'm very confident I will get the best care needed here.

Good, excellent, courteous, extreme professionalism, staff with a uniform so perfectly & impeccable, the very clean place, pleasant, even has a person that speaks Spanish. Since I am in that new bad diagnosis I have felt very protected since a nurse (Marie) always is very watchful to communicate to do the laboratories to give me the results. SHE consults with the doctor & if there are changes of medication she informs me. Can be the nurse mentioned before almost always a 90% or any other but they are very attentive & are very clear & her professionalism & interest shows for my wellbeing. God always protect all those in charge of this great facility St. Luke's & always _____ the interest for their employees so that like that they continue their plan of expansion & progress for the wellbeing of being much closer the medical services, physical, therapists, emergencies, etc..., more accessible. God bless my Dr. Allen. All the dr. of the Cardiology Clinic, their nurses, the employees of maintaining the cleaning, those of the diet, those of the laundry, all because my life should continue treatment, but it was after a great lesion in an episode of health very severe & St. Luke's was & will be my hospital. Thanks!!!

Dr Allen became my heart doctor as a result of a referral from another doctor. The other doctor misdiagnosed me and those actions if taken could have killed me. Dr Allen saved my life. He has brought my heart and mind into what I believe is healthy living. Dr Allen is very down to earth and well grounded in his simple approach for complicated patients like me. The verbiage he uses is simple for a carpenter like me to understand.
