Dr. Vikram is a Fellowship Trained Sport Medicine Physician with Dual Board Certification in Primary care Sports Medicine and Family Medicine. He completed his medical school and orthopedic surgery residence at Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, India. Before coming to St. Luke’s, he worked at United Kingdom’s National Health Services for over 4 years in medical and surgical specialties.
Currently, he serves as the team physician for Moravian College, Northampton Community College and several high schools in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is actively involved in teaching and research and is a servicing member of American medical Society for Sports medicine, American Institute of Ultrasound Medicine and a Credentialed ImPACT Consultant (CIC).
Dr. Vikram cares for both athletes and non-athletes across all age groups. He specializes in treating non-operative acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries including fracture care. He sees sports associated concussion injuries, preforms joint injections and musculoskeletal ultrasound procedures.
The Patient Satisfaction Rating is an average of all responses to the care provider related questions from our nationally recognized Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. Patients that are treated in outpatient or hospital environments may receive different surveys, and the volume of responses will vary by question.
Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the best score.
