I am a firm believer in treating patients holistically, focusing on the patient as a whole individual. Empowering my patients to take control of their health is paramount to me. By equipping them with the latest knowledge in medical advancements, I ensure they are well-informed and play an active role in their care journey.
I am a board-certified physician in internal medicine, pulmonology, critical care medicine, and critical care echocardiography. I attended the University of New Mexico Medical School, followed by a residency at Thomas Jefferson University. Subsequently, I completed my fellowship at the Mount Sinai – National Jewish Health Respiratory Institute. My focus is on diagnosing and managing complex respiratory illnesses, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, and interstitial lung disease. I am committed to delivering the highest standards of patient-centered care, ensuring each individual receives evidence-based, personalized treatment aligned with the most recent advancements in the field.
Outside of my professional life, I am passionate about physical fitness. Staying active not only keeps me fit but also serves as a reminder of the importance of maintaining good health, a principle I constantly emphasize to my patients.
