Everyone in the office is very friendly and caring about what is going on with me. Dr hendel talked with me in detail about what is wrong with my knees and listened to every question that I asked. All answered for me was explained thoroughly and in a way I could understand. Dr hendel listened to me about the pain that I have in my knees and came up with a solution that helped me very quickly. I will see Dr hendel again and refer all friends and family to see him as well.

I was so impressed with Dr. Hendel. He was so kind and attentive, listened thoroughly to my concerns, and helped me examine my options in a way that made me feel comfortable with my independence as a patient and yet equally sure in his recommendation to see a surgeon about joint replacement - which was clearly the best option, but one I was hesitant about. I didn't feel rushed at all, yet I noticed he was right on time with my appointment slot. I'm very grateful for his expertise!

I went to my chart and scheduled the appointment for the very next day. I received a phone call asking what was hurting to make sure this was the correct Dr to see, which was appreciated. I filled out the info for upcoming appointment on my chart so when I got to the office, I was already checked in. The nurse that took my blood pressure and went over my medical chart with me was very pleasant. She walked me down to get the xray of my knee, and came and hot me when I was done. The xray tech was excellent, explained each thing she was doing .Dr Hendel looked at my xray and explained what was going on and why I was in pain. He suggested different treatment options. He looked at my knee and examined it, asking me about pain I felt. He sent a prescription over to CVS for me. I Was very comfortable with Dr. Hendel and would highly recommend this orthopedic practice. He helped me very much

The beast team of health care, Dr hendel so humbled and respectful listening to everything, taking the time to care and make sure I was ok, the team and Joanna who's my nurse I wouldn't change them for nothing they deserve recognition with the way they care about patients, not even Lehigh valley has a team like this one thank you for my surgery and taking care of me much blessings for all of you and thanks again.
