My overall experience on 11-14-2023 at the Easton location for the St.Luke's Colorectal Physician Group was great & I am so thankful that Dr.Dan Eyvazzadeh did an excellent job in taking care of me - this was the appointment that planned my surgery. I signed my surgical consent in the office that day & was given a surgery date, which was such a relief! This MD appointment was also moved up, from what would have been an appointment on 12-19-2023 to follow up with my care & the concern that needed surgery. I had requested to be seen sooner than the 12-19 appointment because I was suffering with the issue & explained this over the phone to the office staff. I was very relieved that I was given the appointment on 11-14-2023 & actually was able to have my surgery completed on 12-14-2023 by Dr.Dan Eyvazzadeh & that everything went very well. The Easton office location staff were all very kind, understanding, & supportive.

One month ago Dr. E. Did surgery on me and this visit was a follow up. He's very easy to talk to and answered all of my concerns. He did a great job with the surgery and visited me every day at the hospital to answer all my questions. I had a very good visit with him at Anderson. I would recommend him to anyone.

THANK YOU GOD for Dr. Eyvazzadeh! I was suffering after hemorrhoid surgery performed by another surgeon. Dr. Eyvazzadeh was so understanding diagnosed the problem and set me on the path to healing!

This was my 3rd visit to Dr. Eyvazzadeh I was referred to him by Dr. Ohm and my experience was good Dr. E. Was very informative about the procedure on my 1st visit and I scheduled my next 2 visit to do the procedure (my choice) he was willing to proceed on my 1st visit but I had a family funeral the next day and was concerned about any problems afterward I have since completed my visits and Dr. E and all Is well.

I just started to see Dr. Eyvazzedeh for a problem I had and for my colonoscopy. He has a great bedside manner and truly puts you at ease. I was very happy with him and I would highly recommend him.

I had the best experience of all of my past colonoscopies I'd like to being at the endoscopy center as opposed to being at the hospital. Everyone was friendly respectful, and the process was very streamlined and efficient.

I was impressed that the office was able to find my test results from 2011 and provide me a copy before my visit was over.
