I would rate Sam, the doctor and the staff as excellent. The doctor is caring, knowledgeable and understanding. The same can be said for Sam and all other physicians related to my surgery on 1/26. I would highly recommend this doctor and St Luke's for anyone wanting or needing plastic and reconstructive surgery. I came to this office and facility because my local plastic and reconstructive office (Geisinger) was rude to me on the phone when informing me they couldn't see me for a consult until summer 2024 (this was in spring 2023). I found this office through my husband's insurance company BCBS. I'm so glad I did!

Really great front staff! Friendly from the second the door opens. Practitioners are great too, but the front staff being the first and last interaction really leaves a good impression
