This was a 'hospital discharge visit' to check irregular blood results. I am part of the Heart Failure Home Care program, which required me to explain the most recent care and decision to limit further invasive care. The Doctor was emphatic, spent considerable time with me, and ordered tests that may Improve my home care. I was extremely Impress with her caring and solution orientation.

Reena ordered blood work which I did today 4/8/2024. I have a follow-up appointment with her on the 19th. The whole office was wonderful and Reena answered all my questions and put me at ease. This appointment was made as a referral from my endocrinologist and I didn't even have to call for the appointment. They called me!

I was completely satisfied with Dr. Dalal, she was very sweet to talk too and very kind. It was my first time visiting with her and I felt very comfortable with our visit. She was on point with my medical needs. I recommend her to anyone who needs hematology help. I will stay with this Doctor for future follow up appointments .sincerely(Name)

This appointment was for my son, who has significant disabilities. The provider agency nurse, my son's direct support staff, and I accompanied him on this visit. Both the staff and the doctor were very respectful of him and those of us who were with him. We asked many questions, all of which were answered. The experience was wonderful, especially for a first time visit. I am excited to have found this provider for my son.
