About Me

As a chiropractic physician at St. Luke’s University Health Network, my goal is to listen and learn from every patient. By knowing my patient in their entirety, I can better address the source of their pain. Pain can be a complex problem, and one’s physical, mental, emotional and psychosocial health can contribute to their grievance. Most patients have not had one traumatic event that caused their discomfort, but rather a series of micro-traumas that lead to biomechanical problems and tissue failure. My job is identifying the pain, treating the tissues involved, and addressing dysfunction. I want every patient to not only leave my office pain-free but better educated about how their body works, empowering them to take a more active role in their overall health.

I have been a national board-certified chiropractic physician since 2010. I treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal disorders and injuries, including neck and back pain, radiculopathies and upper and lower extremity joint pain. I appreciate patients of all ages and activity levels. I perform joint manipulations and mobilizations, soft tissue techniques, PIR, PFR and directional preference for patients, individualizing their care based on the patient’s age, health and comfort level. I am certified in Graston and other instrument-assisted soft tissue techniques. I am especially interested in co-managing patients suffering from chronic headaches, migraines, post-surgical musculoskeletal pain and myofascial pain syndromes.

Prior to joining St. Luke’s University Health Network, I gained a decade of experience within a hospital-based spine care system at Beth Israel Deaconess-Plymouth Hospital. While there, I coordinated care closely with neurosurgery, physiatry, pain management, orthopedics, and physical and occupational therapy.

Outside work, my husband and I spend time wrangling in two energetic young boys. We love being outside any chance we can and were thrilled that our youngest son is officially a skier now. Most of all, we look forward to exploring our new home state of Pennsylvania.
