This was my first visit with Jacob and he and all the staff made me feel very comfortable and were very attentative to my needs and concerns. I received a response to a phone inquiry about a urine test I had within hours.

It was difficult to obtain the medicine prescribed. It took several phone calls between the office, the pharmacy and me to get it done.

My experience Dr. Marascheck was excellent and the staff was excellent. Also the reception desk was very helpful. The appointment was at the Bethlehem location of your urology department. One suggestion would be to have more available appointments in your Quakertown PA location In the doctors' pavilion (Old Q-Town Hospital). Since I live in Quakertown just 4 blocks away it is more convenient. I did however, get an appointment for August of this year which will be very convenient. Dr. Marascheck and his staff are a valuable asset to the St. Luke's network of health care professionals.

This visit was a follow up for a hospital visit I had for a kidney stone which I passed after I was discharged from the hospital. He reviewed what was done in the hospital and checked to make sure that I had no other symptoms related to the kidney stone.

Dr. Maruscak, is one of the best Dr's I have seen since I moved to PA 2 years ago! He is second only to my primary Dr.(Name)(who is the best Dr. I have ever seen! Dr. Maruscak was very thorough in assessment of me and explained everything to me and on how to help prevent me from getting kidney stones again, the first urologist to do so! I would, with no reservations, recommend him to anyone I come in contact with!(Name)

Jacob was the first person in months who actually stopped and really listened and gave me helpful information to try and was very patient with me and my problem. I felt comfortable and at ease with him and his clerical staff who were more than helpful and patient also.
