The woman at the front desk called central scheduling and set up my PFT appointment for me. She also made sure that my blood test could be done as a walk in. I dread making calls to any organization, especially when they use robotic systems and make me wait on hold. I really appreciate help in navigating automated interfaces. She understood.

One been to the office to see Dr bratis and each time the staff was friendly and very polite going over everything. Dr bratis was very nice and explained options everything easily understandable. She listens to me and answered all my questions spending time with me made my feel she cared about my feelings and concerns I left knowing I am in very capable hands and very much at peace with her opinions and instructions. Very satisfied!
