This was a follow-up appointment with Dr. Hick. He referred me to Dr. Kerrigan because his office is closer to where I live.

At the end of this visit we mutually agreed to me calling for appointment if I needed to see him again for any reason. This was after seeing him for a couple of years working on my medical issues. We both felt that those issues had been resolved but he was open for more visits if I felt it was needed.
