Dr.rai was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about my shoulder issue. Very professional and pleasant. The injection relieved the pain and his advice for therapy was handled quickly at the front desk with the very friendly receptionist.

I had a very good experience at this office. The doctor respected the fact that I didn't like being touched. He asked me if he can touch me on my knee before ever touching me and I appreciate that the doctor was kind knowledgeable patient and I would recommend this office to family and friends!

In response to whether the provider was familiar with my medical history, I am not sure. Most of my records are available through the portal, but I don't whether the provider checked. Secondly, x-rays were taken, and the provider explained the results the same day before I left my appointment.

Dr.Rai is very professional, courteous, and cheerful whenever I see him. He has given me the shot series twice for my arthritic knees. I will certainly continue seeing him for his excellent car and warm personality.

I had fallen on my wrist and after 3 days it still hurt. The doctor examined my wrist, had Xrays taken and discussed the results with me. No broken bones but he recommended Aleve, icing and brace for my wrist.

Dr Rai is very good. He is treating the osteoarthritis in both knees. He is caring, gentle and has a good sense of humor which helps when I am in pain. He also explains things very well, in a manner I can understand.
