I appreciated Dr. Hong's approach - warm, but also told me the facts without sugarcoating them. At the end told me if I had any questions about findings as they come up or just need to come by to talk, just let him know. That is beyond the norm and exceptional in today's often rushed Dr. Appointments world.

I haven't had my procedure yet, but Dr. Hong was one of the best doctors I have had in my 84 years. His approach was very positive and he explained how everything works so I could understand what was going on in me.

The office staff was very pleasant and efficient. This is the first time I saw this dr because mine was not available. He was professional and explained the procedure and what was going to happen prior to which made me feel relaxed and not anxious.

This was a first time visit to this practice. Visit was for a PRE-colonoscopy because I'm on a blood thinner. Dr. Hong explained everything and agreed that I could do a Colon guard test, which I did, Now I'm waiting for those results. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Hong immediately. He's very friendly and thorough in the medical sense.
