The whole visit was very excellent. The provided excellent car. However, this survey far, far too long. Some questions ask about the same thing twice: 24 & 25. I only filled out questionnaire to make sure Dr. Amortegui get the credit for the excellent care he provided.

This was not a family dr. Visit was follow-up to heart bypass surgery, and both his PA and the surgeon *Jose Amortegui MD were great. Would recommend him to everyone who needs heart surgery.
