This was the first time I was at St.Lukes Podiatry Easton Hospital for a work related injury,My Dr.was Harry Seeway Tam DPM. From the moment I entered his office to the moment I left his office I was treated with so much kindness and professionalism and care from all the staff and Dr.Harry Seeway Tam.

Dr. Tam is excellent. His appointments are usually booked quite far in advance. His staff was able to accommodate me sooner for my in grown toenail as it was causing a lot of pain and inflammation.

My visit with Dr. Tam was a first visit. I had had a very negative experience with the previous provider, so I was exceptionallly pleased with my experience with Dr. Tam. I was late getting to the appointment as I had a wrong address in My Chart. Dr. Tam took me anyway, and I did not feel rushed. He addressed all my concerns, and I was plesaed with our interaction. I will continue seeing him and will gladly recommend him to others.

I very much appreciated how quickly Dr. Tam and his staff arranged to see me. He was willing to answer a clinical question by phone prior to seeing me, which I very much appreciated! His office, and his answer to this question, was given within a few hours of referral, so I am very grateful for how quickly everything moved. Dr. Tam was focused and efficient while also having clearly reviewed my chart and X-rays and listened carefully to what I had to say. I am very happy with the care I have received so far from Dr. Tam and his staff!

I have gone to 3 other foot doctors. Dr Tam is the only one who explained what was going on and how to better care for my feet. He also took care of the callous so I don't walk in pain any more. With me on my feet all day 40 hours at work and another 10 at home. He has give me my life back ! Thank you Dr Tam I will be back and I have already told many people about you!!

When I made my 1st visit. I had to call back t move my Appt. 1 week later because I had back surgery. They gave me another Appt. 1 week later after I called t I had no problem. This Dr.clipped my toenails t said I didn't have to come back for 3 months unless I have any problems. I just give them a call. I was very satisfied with this Dr.and my visit. Thank you very much.

Dr. Tam was compassionate, empathetic, and seemed genuinely concerned with the issue I had with my foot. After a thorough examination of it, he offered options on pain relief, continuing care and next steps. I was very pleased with this provider and his professional, yet personable, demeanor.
