Dr Heckman as one of my favorite doctors of all. He's so professional, caring, listens to you and explains everything that I can understand. I just love him as my orthopedic doctor. His staff is justice caring. I feel St. Luke's has the best doctors, nurses, and a whole professional group who are an asset to the hospital. I always say there's too many negative responses. There has to be positive responses and this is a positive for Dr. Heckman. Please relay this message to Dr. Heckman and his staff. thank you.

I have always loved coming to see Dr. Heckman. I love the way that he gives me options about different treatment options, tests etc.... He is one of the few doctors who has a real sense of bedside manner.

When I had both surgeries back in 2020 for a torn labrum in my right hip Dr. Heckman brought me back to health. I recently found out that I have torn my labrum a 3rd time. He was happy to hear that I have went back to physical therapy. I will always and forever endow my heart to Dr. Heckman. I have loved how he takes time to really listen to all my concerns, throw ideas at me for different treatment options. He is trying to keep me out of the OR and quite possibly giving me a new hip. I will definitely keep going back to him

I was extremely happy find such a well trained hip specialist in the Lehigh Valley. I have known that I needed surgery and have been putting off until I found someone that I found comfortable with. Upon meeting Dr. Heckman I found him extremely knowledge and even books the surgery that same appointment. I have worked for other Orthopedic groups in the past and they would never see a patient and schedule surgery during same visit.
