Dr. Desai's office personnel - including Dr. Desai - always treat me with respect, listen to me, answer any questions and offer suggestions as appropriate. The wait time is always minimal and I never feel rushed. I trust their advice and recommendations. If I need anything I can always call and get a response.

Briana provided excellent and thorough explanation of my test results. We did this appointment via phone, because I live a significant distance away from the office, and this enabled me to avoid a long drive which was a tremendous help to me. Briana was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I cannot recommend her highly enough! It was a great experience!
