Dr McDonald and PA Megan were awesome! Prep for my surgery and post op was outstanding. As I noted before on the day of my surgery I was treated as I was the only patient they had to deal with and my wife was kept in the loop through out my procedure

The provider took ample time with me, answered my list of questions that I'd brought along, and was easy for me to talk to. She addressed two specific concerns I had and seemed to really care. One of my concerns was regarding an upcoming previously scheduled procedure, which I was hoping to reschedule due to my recent emergent surgery and hence recovery. Megan Grass, PA, took the time to contact the doctor, who in turn called me later that day to address my concerns and give advice for rescheduling the procedure. The promptness with which this was handled impressed me and helped me to feel cared for and at ease.
