Dr Allotey is ex exceptional. She listens carefully, gives suggestions, allows patient to guide the conversation but rounds back to key topics if we get off track. She is kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend and appreciate her.

Recently I got excellent help from this office. About 2 weeks ago I was planning to spend a weekend with my parents because of my mother's illness and no caretaker was available. Saturday morning my mother was taken to the ER. Since she is blind I am always the one to stay with her in the hospital. Forgot to mention that this was in New Jersey, 2 hours from where I live in Pennsylvania. Well, my mom was admitted and I stayed with her. She was in the hospital way passed the weekend. I had packed my medicine for Saturday and Sunday and now it was Monday and I had no medication for myself. I called this office and told them the number of the CVS in town (in Jersey) and by dinner time my brother picked up the medicine and brought to me in the hospital. We were there for 2 more days but I never missed a dosage of my medication. I was more impressed with this staff than even before. They saved the day for me because if I became sick then I wouldn't be any good for my mom. I love this staff and Dr Allotey is the best Physician I have ever had. She makes you feel like you are the only patient she has.

I am extremely pleased with the care I receive from Dr Allotey. She is professional and yet very caring. She is very knowledgeable about my health related conditions when I have an appointment and listens carefully to what I have to say which is very important to me. The office staff and medical assistants are also courteous and efficient.

Dr Allotey is so personable and knowledgeable. She does not seem like she's in a hurry when she's with me. I always feel heard and understood. She has been instrumental in my diagnosis and my fight with diabetes. I always dreaded going to the doctor before I found her. So thankful!

Needed a physician. I live in the Lehigh-valley. Was sent an email about St Lukes physician group in Fogelsville. Called and made an appointment. The staff was professional and courteous. Dr. Allotey was amazing! I had to establish care with her because my last PCP left the practice and I'm so glad Dr. Allotey is here. She provided care in a culturally competent manner, was easy to talk to, listened carefully and did not make me feel rushed. The checking in process was quick and easy. I feel like being able to check in on MyChart cut down on the wait time at the window and got me back to the room faster. Always love going to Fogelsville primary care!

From the moment I entered the very clean and organized facility, I felt safe enough to consider having my first appointment here. Then I became convinced when I was seen by the front desk assistants who were friendly, professional and communicative. Lastly, meeting Dr. Vera Allotey was the complete package for me. The Dr was warm, friendly, solution oriented, professional and knowledgeable. I am pleased with my first visit.

This was my first time at this practice and seeing this doctor, who came highly recommended. I was taken to an exam room within minutes of checking in and the nurse was so friendly. The doctor not only entered the exam room in a reasonable amount of time based on my appointment time, she spent plenty of time with me, and was very thorough. The check in and check out experience were both wonderful, the ladies at the desk were so welcoming and friendly. This was a completely different experience than I I have typically had at many different practices. Not only will I be back, I will be highly recommending this practice and doctor. It is nice to walk into medical practice and feel welcome and see a group of people who genuinely seemed happy and enjoying their job.

For years I have been a patient with Dr. Wafa Hanna. I was surprised when she no longer was there. I decided to stay and see how Dr. Allotey was. I was NOT disappointed. She was very professional and friendly and knew my medical history. She is an excellent doctor and I will continue going to her .
