Dr G is so compassionate about her patients! She is wonderful with his dementia mind & she took the time to look at a cyst in his groin area & assured the patient she could remove it at this visit!She followed up with a phone call about the pathologist report ! She also saw the patient 2 additional visits after the 6/12 visit !Your staff are excellent they helped walk me through sending a photo on my chart !Excellent Practice & Caring staff

My visit was excellent with the doctor Germinal so I have no complaints. But I do have a concern about all the surveys that you want us to do every time we have a visit or take test. The surveys are too time-consuming and are asking questions that most people with common sense would complain about if there was a concern or stop going to that doctor. I know I'm not the only person who is tired of these surveys. I suggest that surveys are done once a year or ask two questions on the survey (How was your visit? Do you have any concerns?) only.

The provider Gardia D Germinal, MD was well acquainted with my medical history and asked appropriate questions. She was very thorough in providing my care. She help me to understand my cardiology issues and was very gentle with the care of my incision. She made me feel comfortable with her from the start to the end of the visit even though my only previous encounter with her was through Zoom on a visit during the pandemic. I would be happy to receive care from her anytime.

Dr. Germinal is exceptional. She is prepared for appointments. She's read the patient's chart In advance. She asks good questions. She listens well to patient questions and concerns and responds knowledgeably and helpfully. She takes her time and doesn't make the patient feel rushed. I love her. That is all! :-)

I was really under the weather and wm Penn family gave me an appt within 25 min. YOU can't even go to a walking and get that fast a service. Best doctors around in this group. I will never change!!
