From being welcomed and made feel at ease in the waiting room, each interaction reassured me each individual cared deeply about their part in the whole treatment plan of the patient. When meeting with Dr W.H. Smith he took the time to ask how I had been physically and mentally since we last met and went over in a clear to understand and follow manner what the treatment plan was for the visit as well as outlining any potential but unlikely effects of the treatment and what to be monitoring for. Once Dr. Smith felt comfortable I had understood and we spoke again about any questions I had which he welcomed and had the comforting answers, the treatment began seamlessly and professionally with care.

I love how honest and open Dr. Smith is. He is so easy to talk to and I respect his honesty and opinions. Dr. Smith Is helping me with my journey through stage 4 lung cancer. He really makes you feel comfortable and listens to your concern. My cancer team is awesome.

Dr. Smith is a wonderful, caring doctor. His nurse Kerri S., BSN, RN and Debbie who is at the front desk are excellent at their jobs. They make you feel comfortable and truly care about you. Dr. Smith answers all your questions and does not rush you. I feel very comfortable going to him.
