I have done this survey before, at least I thought I have already done it because I praise Dr. Q and his diligence of care. He is one who takes care of the patient on many levels. He inquires about your general health, your emotional self-care, and how life in general is going. I know the inquiries are not just small talk but a way for him to access the general, all around, healthiness of my "total" health. He is truly a caregiver at heart and being a caregiver myself I don't describe many in this way. His knowledge and experience brought me to him, his provision of care and concern keeps me under his practice.
