My visit was excellent. The only negative with this practice is that I am unable to make my yearly visit appointment when I would like, which is when I am at the office. Often, I am told to keep calling the office until appointments open up, which is inconvenient and difficult. I would love to see that policy change.

I have had nightmare experiences with gynecologists in the past and loathed starting new with another doctor. Dr. Pagan exceeded all of my expectations and treated my concerns with care and understanding. Her bedside manner and ability to see potential risks and explain them to you in a way that is easy to understand is unmet by anybody else I have seen. She truly knows what she is doing and carries herself with a confidence that allows her patients to rest easy knowing that they are in good care.

I brought some other test results that Dr. Pagan had not ordered that I thought might be relevant to my visit. She took the time to explain the results to me and ease my concerns about the comments written on them. She was thorough and efficient during my visit.

Each time I see Dr. Pagan I come away feeling so fortunate that she's my OB-GYN. She is a caring, compassionate, and respectful person. Moreover and importantly, she is a fantastic doctor. She has my entire health history at her fingertips and is familiar with all of It. She listens intently and provides answers to all of my questions. Her examination and knowledge of my situation are thorough and she tells me exactly what she's going to do and why. Dr. Pagan is a top notch doctor in every way. I hope she stays at the practice for many years as I'm grateful to have her.

I am always glad to see Dr. Mary Pagan. In 2011, Dr. Pagan saved my life by acting quickly to get excellent care for me when I discovered a lump in my breast. She and the team of doctors and technicians at Grand View Hospital gave me prompt and excellent advice and treatment. Within 10 days, the cancerous lump was removed and I received chemo and radiation.

This was my first visit to this practice after my other genecology practice closed its doors. The entire experience has been nothing short of amazing from the pleasant person who took my initial phone call for information and scheduling to the front desk staff, to the physician (Dr Pagan). Dr. Pagan was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and extremally thorough. I wish I found St. Luke's Stonebridge sooner!

Dr. Pagan was absolutely wonderful! My gynecologist recently retired and I was so upset. Dr. Pagan was just as wonderful as my former doctor! Dr. Pagan was awesome. She explained my situation in an understandable way. She gave me evidence based practice measures concerning pap smears and why I didn't need to have one annually. I felt very comfortable with her addressing my circumstance and how to maintain follow-ups. She is a top notch physician that is down to earth and very informative. The only hold-up was that the surgical scheduler was on vacation so I had to wait four days til she returned to get surgery on the calendar. It was not urgent but could not complete at appt.
