My philosophy as a physician is to provide my patients with the quality of care and respect that I would expect to be given to my family and my closest friends. Fulfillment in my practice comes from connecting with my patients, whether it be through routine office visits or through sharing the first moments of life with a family as they welcome a newborn infant into the world.
As a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist, I specialize in pregnancy management—including prenatal care, management of labor, infant delivery and postpartum follow up—as well as broad-spectrum gynecologic care. This includes routine screening as well as diagnosis and treatment of a variety of gynecologic conditions using the most up-to-date medical and surgical approaches.
I joined St. Luke’s University Health Network in April of 2021, along with my Stoneridge Ob/Gyn colleagues, when St. Luke’s acquired our practice. Prior to joining Stoneridge, I completed my residency training at Pennsylvania Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania Health System in Philadelphia. I received my medical degree from New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York and my undergraduate degree from Utah State University in Logan, Utah.
When I am not in the office, on Labor and Delivery or in the operating room, I’m likely to be found running a local trail, knitting a sweater or simply relaxing at home with my husband and our two rescues, Oliver (beagle mix) and Beatrice (pit/lab mix). I find joy in quality time with friends and family whenever possible. I believe that humor is the key to survival. My guilty pleasures are ice cream, peanut butter sandwiches and true crime.
The Patient Satisfaction Rating is an average of all responses to the care provider related questions from our nationally recognized Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. Patients that are treated in outpatient or hospital environments may receive different surveys, and the volume of responses will vary by question.
Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the best score.
The comments are submitted by patients and reflect their views and opinions. The comments are not endorsed by and do not necessarily reflect the views of St. Luke’s University Health Network.
