About Me

A Bucks County Pennsylvania native, I completed my undergraduate and medical education in Philadelphia. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from LaSalle University, and received my doctorate from Temple University at the Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. During my residency, I was privileged to work under many nationally renowned orthopaedic experts at the Shriners Hospital for Children, The Philadelphia Hand Center, and The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). I went on to complete my Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery Fellowship at the distinguished University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. During my training, I was twice recognized by my colleagues for clinical excellence and interpersonal skills and was awarded the Louis B. Schatz Memorial Award and the Frank Hammond Sivitz Memorial Award.

As a first-generation physician, I appreciate the vital role I play in my patients’ lives and understand the importance of helping patients return to their daily activities. I enjoy being an active community participant by volunteering at area medical clinics, speaking at medical conferences, and being involved at local schools. I firmly believe that being personally invested in our community greatly enhances the care that I provide.

I find the practice of Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery extremely rewarding. I particularly enjoy interacting with patients of all ages, occupations, and interests. My practice at OAA is focused on hand trauma, arthritis, reconstructive surgery, adult and pediatric fracture treatment, and nerve compressions. With the assistance of the OAA Hand Institute team, I am proud to provide the most comprehensive treatment for upper extremity disorders in the region.
