Our Doctor of the past year took another job. The doctor before him had retired. This was out first visit with Dr Figueras, who had graciously accepted me as her patient.The continuity of my care transitioned so smoothly. She had familiarized herself with my Information and hx. She then carefully reviewed each area of my health conditions wirh me & discussed expectatioms & answered all our questions in an easily understood manner. My wife and I felt very comfortable with her. She made us feel no question was too frivolous or not worthy of her consideration & promptly discussed them thoroughly with us.I look forward to working together with her to maintain my optimal health.

Conversations over the phone/via the forms prior to the visit were confusing but once I was there, it was honestly one of the best medical experiences I've had, both with the doctor and with the support staff/receptionists.

I was seeing Dr. Figueras after a significant fall. When I asked the woman at the entry info. desk to walk with me in the elevator - I felt wobbly & didn't wan to be alone, she did.

From my personal non health issues to my general health. Although, I am generally very healthy she gives me valid suggestions to be even healthier. I had an appointment for a yearly check-up. I prepared my paperwork online prior to the visit. I arrived at the office and the visit went seamlessly. The office staff was professional and courteous, and my wait time to see the doctor was less than 5 minutes. Dr. Figueras always does an excellent job. She is professional, friendly, and personable. She explains things in a way that is easy to understand and demonstrates an understanding of my medical needs. Dr. Figueras retains knowledge of my medical history and remembers discussions from past visits. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the level of care. I feel like I spend an appropriate amount of time in the office maintaining efficiency without wasting time.
