Heather received a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from Franklin and Marshall College and a Master’s of Occupational Therapy degree from The University of the Sciences, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Upon finishing her professional degree, she completed her Hand Therapy Fellowship at St. Luke’s Hospital to gain knowledge and experience with orthopedic upper extremity conditions. In 2018, she became a Certified Hand Therapist, and provides expert care for patients with hand, wrist, and elbow injuries. Heather incorporates manual techniques such as joint mobilizations, passive range of motion, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, kinesiotape, and modalities such as ultrasound and iontophoresis into her practice and is proficient in fabricating static and dynamic custom orthotics. She focuses on patient centered care and incorporates individualized goals into treatment.
