I am most interested in improving the quality of life for those patients that I meet. A secondary goal is to extend life when possible. I try to be straightforward with patients and make them aware of all available treatments that might be of help to them.
I am a pulmonologist specializing in evaluation and treatment of lung and breathing problems. Additionally, I provide outpatient evaluations, including evaluation and treatment of sleep apnea, and advice about smoking cessation. I am also the tuberculosis clinician for Northampton County, through the Pennsylvania Department of Health.
Outside of work, I exercise on a regular basis and I am president of the Nazareth Community Band, performing on percussion. I continue to take lessons on the marimba at Moravian College.
The Patient Satisfaction Rating is an average of all responses to the care provider related questions from our nationally recognized Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. Patients that are treated in outpatient or hospital environments may receive different surveys, and the volume of responses will vary by question.
Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the best score.
