I have been going to see Dr. Casaia for many years. He is always been courteous, asking me questions, asking me if I had any questions, always answering whatever question I have. If I have questions after I have visited him, I use the MyChart messaging, and he always answers me. I would not want to go to anyone else. Quite frankly, I'm tired of taking these surveys every time I go to a doctor. But I will always take the survey if it concerns Dr. Casaia.

I really appreciate the receptionist's understanding of my severe Covid condition and need to get a prescription from the doctor. Even though he was completely booked, he made time to do a televisiit to discuss my Covid symptoms and get a prescription to prevent my condition from worsening. I greatly appreciate this and it prevented me from going to the ER or Urgent Care where the doctors don't know me or my medical status as well.

My experiences with this primary care proviider and his office staff are always positive. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Requests that are made through online options are attended to almost immediately. I find that option to be an effective way of handling prescription refills, etc. This office's attention to detail certainly helps to make my patient experience a stress-free experience.
