The office staff is always incredibly fast I have not waited in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes during any of my visits. The receptionist is always very helpful and professional as well as all the staff members. Dr Lam explains procedures and addresses concerns with compassion and professionalism.

Dr Lam has the best bedside manner . He makes you feel so comfortable talking about whatever procedure or issue you have while talking about expected outcomes . His energy and positivity is catchy! Having been to this office a few times, the entire staff is kind, positive and very patient centered. Dr Lam is just one of the kindest , positive persons I've ever met.

Dr. Lam was one of the kindest, knowledgeable doctors I have been to in the longest time. He spends time with you explaining and understanding everything. He also has the upmost respect with you and makes you feel like you have known him forever. I highly recommend him

Dr Lam is the best. He has excellent people skills and talking with him is like talking with a friend. He is concerned with not only how you look from your procedure but how you feel emotionally. He is a perfectionist with his surgical skills and I am thrilled with how my eyes turned out. He has a way of making a patient feel very calm before a procedure and I had no worries whatsoever.
