The receptionist was on the phone and another staff member was able to help right away. Both were extremely polite and helpful. Thank you for taking amazing care of of my son throughout the entire process.

My experiences with Dr. Arner have been nothing short of excellent. Since Brodheadsville Family Practice was sold by its two amazing Doctors to St. Luke's it's been nothing but being a number to be pushed through with Doctors being focused on staring at their computer screens instead of really listening. Dr. Arner, along with another doctor who unfortunately is no longer there, are the first two that I have experienced there who sit and listen, ask the uncomfortable to ask questions that are equally uncomfortable to but need to be asked. I feel he is honest and upfront. He doesn't make you feel rushed or like you're a bother or just another number like so many Doctors today do. And I hope this survey finds its way to him so he knows what a good job he's doing and I hope it doesn't make him lose sight of what it means to be a truly good doctor. St. Luke's needs to find more doctors like this.

All staff was very friendly and accommodating. Facility was extremely clean and well stocked. Doctor Arner was quite pleasant and knowledgable. All made my doctor visit comfortable.

I joined weight watchers and lost 30 lbs. Dr. Arner was so happy and supportive. He helped me figure out my goal weight. He said if I needed anything to contact him. It's great to know I have him as a resource.
