Barb listened to my frustration regarding inability to get relief for my long term chronic back pain after numerous injections, etc. She was sympathetic and not hesitant to my request for second opinion for surgery. SHE referred me to neuro surgeon and then sport medicine for second opinions all the time Barb checking in with me when she received their office visit notes.

I had excellent care. She listened and explained things. She came up with a diagnosis that no other doctors came up with. I have been explaining things to every doctor I've seen since my surgery in January. Even the surgeon wouldn't listen to me. She is excellent. I felt light hugging her. Tell her thank you.

Barbara is awesome with my follow ups to my injections. She always takes the time to review everything with me. She always has a game plan with my continuing care and am so thankful I have her to help me. Even when I can tell she is super busy I never feel rushed and always leave with a plan in place. She is awesome.

Barbara Kocher my provider was excellent. Very pleasing to talk to, understanding, explained everything in a way I would understand . She answered all questions and explained her thoughts and ideas for treatment in such a way that I would be totally aware of what was going on and why now and future. Answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Totally have no regrets visiting her and would definitely recommend her.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit with Barbara Kocher. I felt that I was in very competent hands & I felt she did everything she could to address my medical issues. Additionally, I want to thank Barbara & especially Patti Scripto for going overboard getting me the earliest possible surgery date with Dr McKenzie. While they both represent St Luke's professionally, Pattie Scripto is definitely the face & voice St Luke's should place high value in as a competent & caring voice that represents who St Luke's is to your patients. You are lucky to have these excellent employees that hopefully you reward well as they would be difficult to replace !

I had a good experience I have never been to this Dr but she listened to me and was concerned about my problem and ordered test to see what was causing my problem.I would recommend St Luke's pain Management to anyone who suffers from pain I would not go anywhere else.
