Everything was great, except that the new St Lukes Monroe Campus Hospital needs many more handicapped parking spots in the parking lot. I was lucky I found a spot where the EV charging stations with bags over them that were just built up front & were not being used.

Care giver is above excellent. I have reverted 10 people to him and will continue. He fixed my back pain when other doctors would not even attempt to due to my age and severeness of the problem. He should be commended for his skill and knowledge.

Dr. Fayyazi knew the information about my medical records before he came in the exam room, spoke to me in detail about what could be done about my back pain. He addressed his comments to both me and my wife, including each of us in the conversation. I felt he spent enough time with me and helped me understand my options.

I had spinal surgery by Dr. Fayyazi on February 13, 2024, he is an amazing surgeon and human being. Very caring and compassionate not only to me, but, to my wife, daughter and sisters that were present. I had to go into surgery again, and he was totally amazing.

I went to see Dr. Fayazzi about a pain around my hip area and after examining me, he did not think it was my hip but stiffness from an area in my back. I had back surgery in February of 2023. He sent me to the Physical therapist and after going for about 4-5 times, my hip felt much better. When I went back for a checkup related to my problem, and my pain was 99% gone. We were both satisfied with the outcome.

I saw Dr Fayyazi for the first time he took xrays and asked me to get images from my previous surgery which I have requested. I have a follow up appontment scheduled.

I told Dr Fayyazi I would not trust anyone else to perform anymore surgery on my back but him. He did surgery on me back in 2010 and he will be the only one going in there again
