I look forward to forming relationships with my patients and their caregivers so that we, as a team, can determine the best way to promote health in each individual child. I also enjoy passing on what I have learned through medical teaching.
I am a board-certified general pediatrician and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. My practice is dedicated to the care of children from birth until adulthood, focusing on both their physical and mental health. I have particular interests in breastfeeding support and preventative care for children of all ages and abilities, including coordination of care for patients with complex medical issues. I have experience working in both private and hospital-based practices during my 25 years in this field. I have been heavily involved in continuing medical education as well as office emergency preparedness.
Outside of work, I enjoy camping and traveling with my family, including my grown children and grandchildren.
The Patient Satisfaction Rating is an average of all responses to the care provider related questions from our nationally recognized Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. Patients that are treated in outpatient or hospital environments may receive different surveys, and the volume of responses will vary by question.
Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the best score.
