The questions asked if I had phoned the office - I did not, but I do send email via My Chart fairly often, with questions for me and for my 96 year old mother. That works really well - they get the messages and respond very quickly - it is greatly appreciated.

Dr. Rana is an exceptional kind and knowledgeable professional who myself and several of my family member look forward to seeing when our medical need arise. He asks how our other family members are doing when one of us goes to his office, he does a timely follow up with questions that I may send him via the St. Luke's Portal. He also shares experience Information on how to properly use medications. The office staff members are very polite and courteous and the environment Is very pleasant. I find Dr Rana as a Dr who is really concerned about my health condition. He explained to me the results of my test & suggests what I have to do if it needs improvement. He is very mild mannered, caring & supportive. He is not intimidating like other Drs & I feel comfortable telling him my concerns. His staff are also very nice & pleasant. I hope to be able to be under his care until the end. Overall he's a very Compassionate person & you can feel his dedication to his profession & his genuine concern for his patients.

Excellent experience. Dr. Rana is a uniquely talented and compassionate Doctor. He always takes time to listen and always asks if there is anything else he can do to address any concerns I may have about my health. Dr. Rana always responds to phone calls and prescription needs and questions on the same day. That's unique and commendable.

I am extremely proud and pleased to have this medical team as my medical provider. I love Dr Rana and his entire office staff. He's the most thorough, caring, knowledgeable and amazing doctor I've had in my lifetime. Whatever he doesn't know, he'll get the information for me. Dr Rana is an excellent doctor and his staff truly are exceptional as well. He was my elderly parents doctor and many of my siblings and I have migrated to his office because of his competence and compassion. I feel the same about his staff as well.

I'm very happy with how quickly I was able to get a appointment (within hours of calling) Dr Rana showed concern for my condition. He not only referred me but also scheduled me with a specialist within 20 minutes of seeing me in his office. I've seen Dr. Rana for several years and couldn't be happier in the past I've left messages for him and he always pleasantly returned my call.
