Dr Baillie was professional and polite and took his time to answer all of my questions. I was a little nervous for the upcoming surgery, but Dr Baillie explained the prep needed, the surgery process, my healing timeframe, what I can, and cannot do over a month's time and made me feel comfortable and confident about pre and post surgery. I couldn't ask for a better physcian care!

Dr Baillie is a very caring and understanding doctor. He takes his time with you and doesn't rush you through. He listens and explains things in a manner that people can relate to. He is a great asset to St Lukes and very lucky to have a doctor with the skills and expertise that he possesses.

I can't say enough about the positive experiences I had with Dr. Baillie and the staff at St. Luke's. Dr. Baillie spent the time with me to assure that I was comfortable. He was attentive, empathic, concise, honest and just an overall kind and very pleasant doctor. I feel with some hospital systems are growing too fast to accommodate the level of attention that I received from Dr. Baillie, his staff and the entire surgical team. I would recommend (already have) him to everyone and anyone! Thank you for a wonderful surgical experience.

Dr. Baillie performed surgery on me that was not elected but necessary. His follow-up right after and during the hospital stay was excellent. Follow-up after discharge was excellent as well as his concern for the patient. If I ever had to have surgery again, he would be the doctor I wanted.
