Finally, the nurse knew that I needed VRI (Video Remote Interpreting). She set it up properly. Then, she and my doctor communicated with me using VRI. Everything went well. I am very pleased that the problem of no VRI in the past three visits was finally resolved. The receptionist at the check-out desk was really very helpful by calling the radiology office to set up an appointment for me. This saved my time because everything was done right there instead of me going home and calling the office.

I needed urgent care due to bronchitis. I received a same-day appointment with my primary care doctor. I am impressed. Four days later, I already feeling better. I think I'll keep St. Luke's and Dr. Harmmeet Sethi. Dr. Sethi is easy to be in the room with. She cares, and is a people person. She knows medicine and can break down complicated conversations into manageable bite-size pieces of understanding.

It was a routine 6-month follow-up visit where we reviewed my lab work and spoke about future concerns such as diabetes and the status of my vaccinations. I received my final pneumonia vaccination. Everything was good - nothing bad.

WE DISCUSSED WHAT IMMUNIZATIONS ARE RECOMMENDED. I ASKED ABOUT RSV AND SHINGLES VACCINE AND BROUGHT IN UPDATED RECORDS FROM THE STATE AS THOSE IN MY CHART WERE INCORRECT. I FIND I NEED TO ASK ABOUT HEALTH CONCERNS RATHER THAN HAVE THEM BROUGHT UP BY MY PHYSICIAN INCLUDING ASKING FOR SPECIFIC REFERRALS FOR SPECIAL HEALTH PROBLEMS. ALWAY ACCOMMODATING WITH REQUESTS.

I really like my Doctor *Harneet Sethi. Every time I go to see her the Front Desk is very nice and the Nurses are great. The Lab people are just great. No pain when I had to give blood work.
