Dr. Bell helped save my son's life during my very high risk pregnancy. I was ecstatic to learn he would be assisting with my second pregnancy. He remembered everything about me, answered all my questions, explained everything in easy to understand terms, and treated me with nothing but the utmost respect. I will forever recommend Dr. Bell!

I was very pleased with my experience at St. Lukes Perinatal Center Upper Perks. It was first time at the facility. The scheduling experience was simple from the proactive team calling me to make my first appointment from a referral they received from my regular doctor to the regular reminder texts about my appointment, what to bring, paperwork to have completed and the check in process. The facility itself was very clean and welcoming. The nurse was very friendly and the ultrasound technician was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I appreciated how she showed respect during my appointment and took time to explain to me what she was doing / looking at in the ultrasound. The fact that Dr. Bell went through the ultrasound while I was there and spoke to me about the results and any questions I had really showed respect for my time, his knowledge, and overall care. He was extremely patient and compassionate and I was very happy with my experience. I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment.

Misty from ultrasound was wonderful- very helpful and explained everything we were seeing. Dr. Bell was very pleasant and spent time to discuss everything he saw and any questions I had. I felt very comfortable during and after this appointment.

Dr. Bell is great - I really enjoy seeing him at the MFM when I go for growth scans. The nurses and techs are also very very nice too.

Dr. Bell took his time and was SO patient with my questions, as having a subchronic hematoma leads to TONS of questions. I couldn't thank him enough for the guidance and support as well as medical care he provided to myself, my unborn child and the peace of mind he gave my husband and I. THANK YOU DR. BELL!!!!!

This was my first visit to Maternal Fetal Medicine and I was very pleased with the experience - check-in staff, medical assistant (Name), and the sonographer (Name), in addition to Dr. Bell. Appointment was on time and everyone was friendly and helpful.

Dr. Bell helped me with my pregnancy over 20 years ago. He gave a 2nd opinion this day in question. Due to Dr. Bell my daughter is very healthy and she hopes her twin brothers will be when they are born too.

I had a great visit at MFM. Everyone in the office was extremely nice and professional. I did not feel like my appt was rushed at all and everyone was very willing to answer all of my questions. From the aid who did my bloodwork, the US tech and dr bell, everyone was amazing.

Dr. Bell was great at explaining everything to me regarding my history and what would be needed for delivery for my baby. I would recommend him to everyone! One of the best providers and so nice and friendly.

I had an ultrasound and spoke with Dr. Bell in regard to findings. He and his staff that this location are all absolutely wonderful. They all were so nice and listened to questions. Dr. Bell found that bloodwork had not been ordered properly from another office and made sure I got the blood work I had originally asked for to be completed at that very visit. I wish he was a delivery doctor as he was sweet, knowledgeable and caring. Highly recommend using this office!
