Dr Schadt was great. This was my first visit. He is the only provider I've seen who didn't hit a stop watch as soon as he entered. He genuinely knew my medical history as well as past and current test results. He knew more about my past test results than the providers who ordered them. I've had three prior physicians who've ordered numerous tests, sent me to other providers and one general surgeon who actually put his hands up, said "I have no Idea", and asked, "do you want to try an MRI?" Dr. Schadt discussed two years worth of tests results (clearly spend a great deal of time preparing for my visit..not a 5 minute read or typical read it my chart while I watch and get me out is 15 minutes or less). He provided a diagnosis, discussed options and suggested a course of action. I've been around long enough to see the evolution to "drive by" BS examinations, out In 15 minutes or less. It was great to have a physician sit down, do an examination, know your history and have a real conversation.

I know 10 is the highest rating but if I could, I would assign a 15 to Dr. Schadt and his office. They really should be the model for all. I like all St. Luke's providers, but this particular office is absolutely exceptional.

My appointment with Dr. Schadt exceeded my expectations. After the visit I actually commented to several people that he was the best doctor that I had ever been to. His "bedside manners", his clear explanations of the medical issues, and his overall attitude towards me and my medical issue were all excellent. It was truly a superior experience.
