I had a very good visit at the St Luke's Center for Urology beginning with the very personable office staff that check me in continuing with the very nice medical assistant doing a short procedure and then meeting with Avery Bryant a truly knowledgeable practitioner and ending with the excellent scheduling staff to help schedule my upcoming procedure.Job Well Done!!!

My experience with Avery was great, as usual. I asked about a concern, he did a physical check of it, and then ordered an ultrasound to determine what it is. Sadly, Avery told me he would be leaving in October. I expressed my disappointment at that news, but wished him well after he leaves. I hope my experiences in the future without Avery there will be just as satisfying. He has superior listening skills and decision-making, and respects my comments about my PSA level, etc.

Whenever I have an issue and I go into the office to talk to someone, I am treated with respect and my issue is resolved quickly. When I call in to the general number I am given erroneous Information and my issue is not resolved. Avery Bryant responds quickly when I have am urgent request and he listened to what I had to say and asked relevant questions for me. Avery answered all of my questions and treated me with respect. I prefer going to St. Luke's for all of my health care needs outside of the Veteran's Administration. Billing Is done properly; the first time.
