Dr. Nagpal is the best! She is truly caring, provides educational information regarding any medical concerns I have and medication I may be taking. She is able to recall information I have mentioned about work or an upcoming vacation; and at a later appt. 6 months + or later, she will ask me about that specific topic. I feel she sees me for who I am and not just as a medical record #.

I find these surveys unhelpful from a patient's perspective. Some questions are fine but some questions need more explanation. For instance my visit with Dr. Nagpal recently In January was a pre-op visit. There are differences to this type of visit. Dr. Nagpal is probably one of the best physicians you have. She is always attentive and really explains things clearly and answers questions. If you just want to have a checklist of how patients are rating their experience I think that is fine but getting into the other questions need more follow-up and more individualized answers. Hope this helps.

Provider was very helpful with my pain issues and arranged an appointment with a specialist which eventually ended in having surgery--please to inform that I am feeling good and back to being normal and a happy camper. My follower-up with specialist said I was good to go and to take It easy for one month.

Everything went well, was able to see dr next day for a medical concern and dr was able to get me an altrasound testing very next day. Was happy dr had same concerns for my medical issue and glad we're making headway to getting back to normal again, like playing golf.

Dr. Nagpal is an exceptional Dr! Her level of care, knowledge and compassion are top notch. She works with her patients to determine the best care regimen for them and their lifestyle. Visit to visit she continues to follow up to ensure the regimen is still feasible and is flexible in offering other solutions, if necessary, with her goal being the longterm health of the patient. I have recommended Dr. Nagpal to others & will continue to. St. Luke's and the Lehigh Valley are lucky to have her!
