The doctor quickly and correctly identified my problem (shingles) and prescribed medication immediately which resulted in a less severe outbreak. I am thankful for her quick response to my appointment request and subsequent successful treatment.

As ALWAYS, I AM COMPLETELY SATISFIED AND HAPPY WITH MY PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN AND EVERYONE INVOLVED WITH MY CARE FROM PHLEBOTOMY TO FOLLOW UP. I don't want to seem overly enthusiastic. But as I age (and I have been around the block) my care at St.Lukes Warren hills with Dr.Oksanna Yedkimova has been exceptional. Every one at this practice is very knowledgeable, skilled, and pleasant through out nit just one...but all my visits. I feel confident in every aspect of my care.

The doctors/nurses that I have seen or that my family saw at this location are excellent. My experience is that all receptionists are helpful with exception to one. This individual had told me I was unable to change doctors for my family member. I checked with another individual in that location and was, in fact, able to make the change.

I saw my doctor in 3minutes after I entered the office. She was very attentive to all my health concerns and I felt she cared about me. She gave me several referrals to specialists and a detailed schedule for upcoming tests and doctor's visit. Next day I got a call from the office to help me with appointments with specialists.

I needed to see a Doctor for an infected cyst - very uncomfortable & I felt a bit unwell from it. I just needed some antibiotic but I had to wait almost a week to see Dr.Oksana. She kindly saw me because I would have had to wait almost 2 weeks for an appointment with my usual Dr. I think you should consider some kind of urgent care facility at the Washington location, but overall I am very happy with the care my husband and I have received there.
