Dr. Bub made a recommendation to see a specialist based on my history. I could not get an appointment for this specialist for a few months. Within 24 hours of notifying Dr. Bub of this, the specialists office called me letting me know they would get me in next week per Dr. Bub's recommendation of me being seen sooner. It's evident that she truly cares. Very grateful for her time with this. Thank you Dr. Bub!

Everyone In the office that I spoke to was courteous. Dr. Carol Bub was very kind. She answered all of my questions without making me feel she needed to get to another appointment. She let me know that even if she wasn't in the office when I have a question, I could email and she would respond in a timely manner.

To clarify re this survey: because my 8/29/23 app't. With Dr. Bub was my first with her, I didn't answer any of the question pertaining to "in the last 3 months...").This Dr. Is exceptional. I felt treated with great regard and respect throughout the visit. She listened intently to all of my questions and concerns and always responded withClear, thoughtful, and thorough information. She is a most rare gem of a doctor.

When I answered "never" to the question asking if anyone followed up with my bloodwork results, I meant that I wasn't notified by phone. At my appt with Dr. Bub one month after my bloodwork, she did explain all results to me thoroughly. I'm totally satisfied with the care I receive from Dr. Bub. She's very knowledgeable and caring, and I feel that she is truly committed to do all she can to help me maintain and/or improve my health and wellbeing. Likewise her staff.
